Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our inventory and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All orders are subject to availability of stock. If we are out of stock of any item we will contact you by return.
Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the contract will be made and your account will be charged.
We accept credit/debit card payment. All our inventory is priced in Canadian Dollars. If you are shopping from anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept most credit/debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship if you order by e-mail or telephone. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days .
Appropriate tax will be charged according to your delivery address.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. We will exchange your unused purchase if you return it within 14 days.
